TT Is very bed.... My Waiting List is 1 but TTE is does not given Seat..another person Waiting 40 etc etc TTE Give conform ticket( Collect Money)

My Berth no B7.
I am complaining about toilet is not clean properly. so pathetic as per Rajdhani Standard. I hope you take it serious and action concern department. Completely unhygienic bathroom. Being a passenger my duty to awareness you. rest decision is yours, how you take a call. Rajdhani standard day by day decreases. I don't know what happened.

rather than composting 18 ac tiers when one couldn't get an seat in a single seat don't run the train and further run train with premium class coach only because neither the less one paying such amount to the journey rather couldn't afford a seat to travel then the worst experience is the irctc responsible for such issues ministers are allowed go book any coach rather with empty seats and normal people suffers for the cause of inconvenience of a single powerfully person rather then a government body irctc I he'll the government to give the stake holds to the private power full enhanced sector that could uses as their personal means of transportation and atleast general people couldn't suffer in such condition

coach is too old. unbearable sound. man can't sleep in night.
train was late by 1.30 hrs.
Bad& no bed tea was served to most of the passengers.

Cleanliness was good but there is lot of scope for improvement
Train was punctual but it reached every station before time , if it takes less time than why don't the timetable is amended as per actual time taken
Food provided was not of the standard, juice packet was of not a very good company and more importantly the taste was not good.
Veg dish like paneer sabji was tasteless
The quantity of rice is also reduced
Overall the food was not upto mark
I don't know who is setting the standard for food served.
This department needs lots of impoverishment.

Cleanliness needs improvement. Although there were sweepers throughout the journey which were availble on call but expect better cleanliness likes there should be vacume cleaners..

The service of waitors in firstAC has drastically detrioated.They do not serve themselves but they have kept assistance who does not understand anything.Quality of food &snacks has also gone down.Random checking by higher authority has become must

Behavior of pantry specially catering staff is too poor. Soup course was very bad. On 1st they got angry with me whenever I asked them for soup course. Totally travel experience is really upset in such high class train like Rajdhani

Food quality is average not good.so emprove your food quality.it's very argent.because customer health is very important for your responsibility.
