there are too many insects,cockroaches even in the ac coaches.
The staff also was not good,
they neither cleaned the coaches at proper intervals.

सब जीरो ट्रेन की टिकट ही कैंसिल हो गई तो फिर हम क्या कहते आप को हर बार टिकट कैन कैंसिल होती हैं वैसे ही पैसा भरना पड़ता हैं

Worst quality of cushion. everywhere is cockroaches. toilet is not clean and smelling. fan is not in working condition. inside panel or wall of train making lots of noise. please Indian railway serve us new hygienic coches. so we would proudly travel.

confirmtkt should remove extra charges on ticket booking such as tc charges and etc. be the official app as you are already.
