train seats are not comfortable!! like i booked 3 and 4 it's very worst seat was not back to move sleepless night 🥺🥲 try to understand fix that

chair car comfort is tooo worsttttt.... please it's better if u make it a semi sleeper seat rest should go back and provide comfort for the passengers

people who've boarded the train ..doesn't even have the basic common sense, and sleeping in the way causing inconvenience to other passengers, irctc should take strict action against this.

too bad journey in my life, sitting arrangement too bad. air condition also too bad, washroom full of bad smell at starting point.

It's good but timings are not properly designed . Its very well if it's time scheduled to day time.And also low grade toilets maintenance

seats are very uncomfortable. Reclainer are not working. AC is not sufficient. overall it is avery unpleasant journey.

This double decker is worst worst. CL5 A.C. not worked. 1-1/2 hours late running. In wash rooms of Cl5 no water supply.

Train seats are not comfortable to sit and to sleep. All passengers are unhappy with this train. Please try to provide the better facilities to the passengers. Now this train has worst facilities.

Waste train... poor quality.. No water nearly 450 km.. No power.. please don't book tickets for this train.. I was struggled a lot. ?????????
