seats are very discomforting one cannot even fully sit on them will make you slide to the edge and push back is very very limited, one cannot sleep during the night time

palle velugu bus seats is more better than our IRCTC double Decker seats please change this seats I have traveled more than 13 hours but it is horrible no sleep and seats are uncomfortable and there is no space to feet and trolley bags

Very worst experience with this journey, how can the railway department will give 2 separate seats here and there while taking as a couple. Me and my wife booked tickets but not get the seating side by. this is very worst and due to lack of knowledge from railway department it happened. feeling very bad. worst experience.

chair car comfort is tooo worsttttt.... please it's better if u make it a semi sleeper seat rest should go back and provide comfort for the passengers

people who've boarded the train ..doesn't even have the basic common sense, and sleeping in the way causing inconvenience to other passengers, irctc should take strict action against this.

Train seats are not comfortable to sit and to sleep. All passengers are unhappy with this train. Please try to provide the better facilities to the passengers. Now this train has worst facilities.

Waste train... poor quality.. No water nearly 450 km.. No power.. please don't book tickets for this train.. I was struggled a lot. ?????????
