food quality was so so i.e not up to mark. Toilets were dirty. No attendent was there nor any way to connect with the concerned person.

Train Toilets and Hand wash is not available and cleaning is not good everywhere is garbage.
No Staff for providing bed Roll facility.

Travelled for first time in Humsafar Exp & never expected that it will be a bad expirence in such a premium train,with no coach attendants for passenger service,had to search them all over for any help,got bed roll after lodging online complaint,no house keeping ,stinking toilets,no proper pantry service.Overall very disappointed,never expected such a bad travel exp in such a newly launched train.

journey time is to be reduced at least 3-4 hours as train is always running before time take up the matter with Rly board

Very good train but wrong time to start from Jammu and wrong unduutable station to reach at Safdarjung New Delhi. It should reach only New Delhi station

worst experience ever, highly expensive ticket and nothing is served plus min 3 hrs late running. worst exp completely.

Please note the vendor supplying food in the train is heavily charging for the food. It was mentioned food cost as rs55 in the ticket and he charged with 130 rs for the same
