travelled in C6 upper deck. Air conditioning was freezing. despite informing TC, no change. As usual train was delayed by more than an hour. coach numbers were not all visible outside and every passanger was enqiring from one another. seat numbers were changed dynamically on the day ifvtravel

Seating is very much uncomfirtable, particularly when the journey is 6 hours or more. No efforts is made to improve the late running.

this train journey is not safe train failure this train journey poor quality c5 cotch was ac failure in the 5 days but electric employees was poor but total train was total failure

it would be better if the train is 2+2 seating,No enough space
provide semi sleeper seats and add one more train so that everyone will prefer this train
