very badly maintained 2tier AC coach. bed roll sheets are torn and very old. toilets always stink, ac never works properly. Indian railways is the worst maintained railways in the world. I am frequently travelling in all routes and every AC coach is very badly maintained. though we pay such high cost for the sake of luxury, height of inefficiency.

I booked the ticket for 1a but was down graded to 2a and reason given that coach 1a did not arrived

The train was cancelled in the last minute and no alternative was provided. Also not sure if the money will be refunded. No information on that.
