I ordered a water bottle at 12:30 pm
but they'll provide a water bottle at 4:30 pm
what kind of service is this....

food is worst and costly also for example a very small samosa avilable in road side is better in taste and cost.....very oily and supplied in thin paper service people have language issues....please provide quality food at reasonable prices

punctuality is zero. train was not on time. 15 mins late. The bathroom were not that clean
