rest room will need to be clean. these are dirty. train is always late by 20 to 30 minutes both ways. please inform southern railway

Cholan exp every time will be late for the reach and pickup to other any station.It was very affected for all passengers. Tack a step for this last issue.

very without any notification stops at chengalpattu at the 4th platform my old age mother unable to get out of the station. please return the 2 nd a. c fare from chengalpattu to chennai egmore ticket fare

I ordered a water bottle at 12:30 pm
but they'll provide a water bottle at 4:30 pm
what kind of service is this....

Allowing vendors into the compartment creat inconvenience to passengers.Since doors are frequently opened,AC cooling level is not maintained

food is worst and costly also for example a very small samosa avilable in road side is better in taste and cost.....very oily and supplied in thin paper service people have language issues....please provide quality food at reasonable prices
