Miserable experience with stinking toilet in AC I class , with no attender present. IR swindling public while causing added nuisance to passengers in Tamil Nadu . Pathetic ! Train services to be abandoned in TN State.

சில வண்டியில் கழிப்பறையில் தண்ணீர் வருவது இல்லை. ரயில் நிலையங்களில் நடை நடக்கும் நடக்கும் நடைமேடையில் மிக மிக வழுக்கும் தன்மையோட கல்லை பதித்து விடுகிறார் கால் வழிக்கு விழ வேண்டிய நிலை உண்டாகிறது. இரண்டாம் வகுப்பு மற்றும் முதல் வகுப்பு தங்கம் அதாவது ஓய்வெடுக்கும் வரை மிக மிக மோசமாக உள்ளது.

I use this train at least once in 2 months (tbm - Tpj & back) in 3A. This time the toilet was so bad, not cleaned properly, stinking; not cleaned even after reporting to the conductor B1, 4)

train food is a scam, it's not worth eating. even beggars will not accept the railway food. low quality food n full of adulteration

train is clean .bedsheet pillow is also clean..but train runs like local train.stops every small station .thus make it local train not superast train

useless train. useless service. reserved passengers are put to hardship by unreserved passengers. there's no rule of law. free for all. worst train service. Would never prefer to go by this train, henceforth.

charging points could have been additionally added everywhere to every seat and yeah the train doesn't have pantry ...so food rating is fake

instead of 2AC an ac chair car will be more convenient and affordable for passengers. in 2AC people tend to lie down nd sleep full day time which causes inconvenience to fellow passengers.
the step to go up to upper birth is too small and elders face hardship

we have booked 3rd AC the compartment was very dirty and it was fully wet. leakege from the top water is coming inside the compartment

we missed the train due GT Express,the connecting Train was late by 6:00 hrs,reached Chennai Central at 10:30 AM on 28Dec22,Chozhan Express left at 07:15 from Madras,Egmore.😩
