washrooms not cleaned... stinking like anything, atleast put some odonil or stuff like that. Already running delay by two hours. Food quality ok types, not too bad or good. floor cleaning also not done in ac 3 tier

very bad service. outsourcing staff not attend the passengers and fresh/clean bedroll not provide and used bedroll give n to passengers.

D1 coach was full of garbage & it was smelling a lot. I wished to get down. very uncomfortable.
I tried to check 182 if it was working but it showed that number is not in service.
honestly I didn't order food so i don't know about the quality, without completing this column it would not proceed.
