toilet was not clean. There was neither advance announcement nor display about the info on which platform the train world arrive. Tambaram terminal is NOT maintained properly.

The breakfast supplied is not satisfactory. Idly like a rubber, Pongal like a cake. Sambar and vada not bad. sweet ok

train compartment was neat. But the toilet was messy and wet and there was no water coming from the tap.

Number of toilets in each coach is just one in each side. Expected the toilet count similar to other trains.

Totally waste of money
LCD monitor was not working, hand wash dishwasher is filled but it was not working, pantry boys was not polite enough.

food not up to the price collected. .. idlies not good.. also the quality of the packed items to be improved

overall train quality is good. however there was some screeching noise through out the journey.

Food supplied was worst preparation cold hard to eat the vada and iddli preparation were made5 hours before train started its journey no facility to keep was not still provided

Air-conditioning is not upto required level during my two trips on 13th & 17th.whereas in shthabdti it is excellently maintained

morning tea and breakfast are only being served for the entire journey.. the fare is quite costly..

NICE.... BUT TOO MUCH COST..... MDDLE CLASS PEOPLES NOT ABLE TO JOURNY.... PLS REDUCE TICKET FARE FOR NORMAL PEOPLES RANGE........
