It was a wonderful and safe journey. Cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. Only the travel fare was a bit high.People from simple families like mine should try traveling on this train at least once. During the journey, proper food was not available.

alloted the last row seat with two different seat 70 and 78, seats were not comfortable like vande Bharat. since last row so much of disturbance.

food waste use less food
in food doesn't think your the grate railway ,if your not able maintained good good food please stop the food service

The EC had no phone charger, the leg rest didn't function, the TV sets didn't work but the cost of the ticket is very very high for no value

Outside Coach Rake Looks Worst Some Glasses Are Broken Looks Ugly Lost Interest In This Madurai Tejas

train was slow first 2hours then only it picked up the speed. would be nice to stay little longer at Trichy 2 many crowd its hard to get down with luggage

toilet was not clean. There was neither advance announcement nor display about the info on which platform the train world arrive. Tambaram terminal is NOT maintained properly.

Totally waste of money
LCD monitor was not working, hand wash dishwasher is filled but it was not working, pantry boys was not polite enough.

overall train quality is good. however there was some screeching noise through out the journey.

Food supplied was worst preparation cold hard to eat the vada and iddli preparation were made5 hours before train started its journey no facility to keep was not still provided

NICE.... BUT TOO MUCH COST..... MDDLE CLASS PEOPLES NOT ABLE TO JOURNY.... PLS REDUCE TICKET FARE FOR NORMAL PEOPLES RANGE........
