It was wonderful to travel.The staff was quite courteous and helpful.The food was excellent.But for the veg meals kindly have a dash of curd also in the menu.
Indian culture says it is the curd that completes a satiated meal.
Train punctuality excellent.

Dear Sir/Madam
Myself Sathyanarayanan R I have Booked ticket from Coimbatore to Perambur for my personal emergency work on 07th April 2014 Patna Express and My PNR number is 4363825833 Coach number S5 Seat number 27. While I came to railway station it is very rush. After train came lot of people's catching the train with lot of things.I tried times to get into the train but not able to get it in to the train. Whenever I approached Irctc staffs not proper answer. They are asked to get another train. Without confirmed ticket lot people's travelled in that coach with rude behaviour.
Immediately I tried to reach customer care number person picking the call with Hindi language and they are not comfortable with speak in Tamil Or English.
Even I have the Confirmed ticket I can't able to travel in that train. Due this issue I have disturbed lot. Why there is no proper plan and control.
