why it's always confirming the rac seats it's really uncomfortable for elders to travel eventhough I booked 10 days before I just got the ticket confirmed and also I paid extra for the seat confirmation. Please change the system and confirm a berth

initially I had waitlisted 37, 38 & 39 while booking, after sometime waitlisted again allotted 53, 54& 55, so am unable to get confirmation tickets. finally I was waitlisted 23,24&25. something malpractice has been done. don't make fool travelers. In future I will never booking waitlisted.

I had booked a Premium Tatkal ticket — a ₹350 ticket for which I paid ₹950. But it felt like I had no reservation at all. The entire S1 coach was full of unreserved passengers, and because of that, I couldn’t even sleep properly. What’s the point of paying such a high amount for a Premium Tatkal ticket if this is the experience? They charge the full amount in the name of Premium Tatkal, but this is what we get? It was a very bad experience.

There's no light in the train early morning like 4AM so because of that I lost my bag ... Why would you shut the power when people get down from train ?

Toilet not cleaned.Always railway toilet & wash basin not not cleaning maintenance in ordinary sleeper class.
