we are traveled from NGL to TUP , with 2 small baby's , for that we booked two sleeper berth, and paid the amount 970, but you alloted the one berth only in S6 71 , so please refund the one ticket amount, we were inconvenient in journey .

Toilet - pipe taps are leaking, hard to operate. Tcn station is not having digital display which makes the passengers to run here and there to get in the train. Dept. should take action to rectify these problems.

worst experience, TTR not corporated. for ladies all 6 ladies and senior citizens person also congested used 3 seats for 6 members , TTR not considered for senior citizens for allocation of seat, he is north Indian he is supporting to arrange young north Indian boys

journey was fine. but i got side upper birth even though i am a senior citizen of india. Railway should allot lower level births to senior citizens. Didn't order for food

cleaning very poor..over crowd. WL list person also allowed to travel. TTE not taken action.I am informed to railway . but no action. irritating travel experience.. most of North side people taken WL . travelled reservation coch.

Train is always late by 1.30-2.30hrs. Better not to call this as Super Fast. People can't travel keeping any commitment at destination

Nagercoil train was very old..seats are not very comfortable. A new train seats are required for a comfortable sleep in sleeper coaches.. Food was not that good. Maybe taste can be improved to be somewhat better. Otherwise it was a good and clean train..

Worst punctuality. Always made to run slow between Karoor to Erode to allow the train 11013 to cross Erode first. Really frustrating.

I am traveling in S7 coach..most of Windows r not properly closed and side floding site r not well.i can't sleep properly....other wise train trimming s good...Thank u
