originating trains delayed starting by a few minutes will help marginally reaching people. on 9/12/23 Missed 22665 train by 50 seconds.

Dear sir,
we had been allotted 71,72, & 73. Upper deck.
The worst part was, it has no push back and we had to travel for 7 hours. can you imagine? sitting on chair with no push back?
The problem was that, the supporting bar for the stairs to the upper deck was blocking the seat, from push back.
please get that rectified.
Otherwise, everything is good.

Need reading lights in AC chair car. Toilets were clean throughout the journey. no smell, adequate ventilation

its a good inititative on time train just a small request to keep pantry food prices transparent to passengers, it was a mess some selling at higher rates and train is clean and good

it will be better if they frequently clean the toilets and also make sure there is enough air-conditioning, the train was smelling urine couldn't sit comfortably

The train has sufficient Leg space but lacks Cleanliness especially Toilets. it is high time the Seats are adjustable one's to make comfortable by facing in front instead of showing your back to the Engine.

It was really a wonderful experience in travelling in such a neat double decker train.Had a safe and memorable journey

Very worst. also lot of confused I got seat number 106 but in this coach only available 104 almost I was stand an hour this is rally uncomfortable.

Toilets are smelly nasty not maintained
sears lock pad not in good condition all bad outside glass not clean not enjoyable seeing sites through the mirror very very horrible travel with nasty enviornment pantry is hopeless
