“The facilities and overall service on the Chennai–Jodhpur train are quite good, but the food quality is extremely disappointing. The food served was far below acceptable standards—poor in taste, quality, and freshness. For such a long-distance journey, passengers deserve hygienic, fresh, and properly prepared meals. Unfortunately, the food experience was absolutely terrible and needs immediate improvement. The railway authorities should seriously look into the catering service and take strict action to ensure better food quality for passengers.”

The coach service staff in this train do not understand the language of the passengers from the state other than Tamil Nadu. If the passengers have to communicate with the staff for the facilities provided by the railway, the passengers from other than Tamil Nadu state have a lot of trouble. For this, staff who understand Hindi and English language should be appointed.

There is no pantry car attached to the train. Passengers literally do not get food or beverages on the train. Since the train stops at few stations, that too for 1-2 mins. it is difficult to fetch food from platforms.
My suggestion: Pantry car is must for every long distance train.

The dip tea which they give in canteen, it's completely full of water and no taste, atleast they can give some good ginger tea.
