In Short worst experience ever train was 6 hours late, food quality was pathetic and there were people getting into reserved coach thru out the night and day , we boarded train at 3 am from vasai scheduled time was 10.40 pm previous night.
scheduled to reach Thivim at 10 am reached only at 2.15.
we ordered Idli it was awful and we had to literally throw it out.

no one comes to clean the coaches and toilets. even they don't provide bedrolls properly to the passengers. this is the condition in 3A coaches.

Almost good coaches but very shabby and full of waste inside the train. No pantry, no tea or coffee ,hectic to find food from platform

Overall experience was good. Train was late by three hours when reaching destination. Hence, the rating of 1 star on punctuality.

Worst experience... Train coaches are not cleaned... lot of cockroaches... Washroom are not cleaned... Wash basin full of waste... Train was 7 hours late...

don't choose the train. no cleanliness, no water. all toilets including AC was dirt. railmadad app didn't work that time. vloggers also had same experience. no TTE or coach attendent were available..

very bad experience the worst train ever we've traveled on my god!!!! bathrooms and washrooms are worse no cleanings no water available in bathroom also no sight of tc ticket checker and also the food services was eww!! overall worst serviced train ever we've traveled on!!!!!

Up to goa it is delayed by 1hr, but by reaching ernkaulam it is 30min early to the schedule.
No pantry car for long journey train.
Running try service is just ok

boggi is old and windows suddenly falls.. Not windows lock is Good conditions.. Dangerous to passengers.. one lady passenger's finger is injured to Window Suddenly falling.

full of cockroaches & Other insects ,other wise fine ,need to improve ,toilet was with empty hand wash liquids and dirty
