The blankets and bedsheets were dirty, and there weren't enough replacements. The bathroom was sooo dirty and smelly and disgusting that it was basically unusable

03hr late, after vadodara jn. no toilet not cleaned. The train tried to cover the delay but stopped 25 every time on crossing

the toilets are full of waste and humon തീട്ടവും.
what do you think about the train ticket .you are liable to give hygienic journey too . the passengers from out of Kerala citizens feel about the clean grean in this train.. very ugly and handling of train cleaning staff . they are not vigilant in their duty . shame to the nation , railway ministry ...stop the നിസാമുദ്ദീൻ service or suspend the tte, railway guard , cleaning staff who wrere done the attandance yesterday in nzm trwin

good train, in this pandemic situation, railway accommodate most of the travellers in one coach,
b5 ac coach bathroom don't have water till end of travel

Some Electrical appliances were not working. And also no responce to email sent to customer care.
Superfast train charges were applied to us . And in return it consumed the time equal to that of PASSENGER train.

train maintenance is very poor, while charging so much ticket charges why don't you give better service. worst toilets impossible to use. concentrate about cleanliness.

I ask for water bottle at night all train staff denied, my son was in fever, I female buy water at 1 am when train stop. Bad experience

it was more than 10 hours late. had to cancel my ticket, lost half my money, and had to travel by another train without reservation
