Absolutely worthless. Paid for 1st AC and travelled in Bullock Cart. Old coach. All AC vent handles broken, hard heavy berth bed. Awful food catering,Dirty Toilets, most things broken and not working. Waste. Why this raw treatment by adding all old, so called refurbished coaches.? Should come up with new coaches and good catering

I was travelled at reservation compartment but there is lot of people sitting down side because of that we cant able to go washroom too it was to irritated and the ttr doesn't care about that

coaches are very old and vibration is over. cell charging plug is poor with loose connection.please verify this and modify the problems.

Too much dust in the compartment . If somebody have allergy problem they can't sit with out a mask. And the toilets are disaster, can't enter because of the smell and the toilet is dirty.

side lower birth is very inconvenient it is not having a even surface I got heavy back pain through out the night.
