Airconditioner not effective..
Attendant was impolite when reported.
Staff needs to be trained well on how to behave with passengers.

best maintained coaches of southern railway. I wonder what type of maintenance mechanism they follow. it was a perfect combination of cleanliness, bed rolls , ac temperature control. nice experience to travel comfortably. AC coaches nicely maintained. no complaints of rodents or cockroaches. hats off to southern railways. yercaud express when are you going to be upgraded to new LHB type coaches.

Some what good. Try to make good the toilet rooms to avoid bad odour even higher classes.

Train came 45 minutes late at erode...But fully made up while reaching Chennai... if so much can be made up,why not regularise the same timing?

Even though I travelled A/c 2tier coach,, for birth 2 there was no step to go up. What a pathetic situation, even charging exhorbitant rates.
