Train was not clean lot of rubbish alover the train . Train was 30 minutes late at Cochin .reached at Kochuveli in time .The running time between Cochin and Trivandrum (KCL) is 5Hrs. it's too much for 212 kms. Food quality should come up

The train is late by 2.30 hours sp I am not satislfy and this is a very big challenge and problem faced by any passengers who are going through train so I am not happy with this type of irresponsibility that are very normaal I say that is this a not right the train department are advises to solve this problem.

At time of reservation. My option was lowerbearth. Kota also available. but after payment. no hearth option is coming.and you allot middel & upper hearth. l am unable to go on upper bearth. if available you must give.other wise don't show kota on your site.
