The train got diverted and it was not informed earlier. we came to know only after reaching our boarding point.At least the ticket amount has to be returned to us.

very worst... as senior citizens are not provided with lower births... how they can manage to get into side upper nd upper births who are aged above 65...no clean washrooms and dustbins

This train is reaching most the stations , well in advance .
And leaving the stations in time due reservations.
Please reduce the total traveling time to save man hours.
