The train is running on time but there is a cockroach in train. No pantry car available but they will provide from outside. Thanks

b 7 ac was over cooling no any ac attached was there to compliment so pls tell anyone to come and reduce the air conditioner temprature.

Cleaning of coachs are not upto mark and after send request for cleaning response was very poor

I traveled in second AC and the curtains of windows and aisle were both coming out. Train is not well maintained

Travelled from TPJ to NGP.
punctuality is awesome .....arrived 30 min before at nagpur
cleanliness is also excellent
food quality is also good

Very congested seating.
Loose time between each two stations.
Very bad food with mix of veg & nonveg.

the train reached destination well on time but the travelling time I feel may be reduced by 45 minutes to 1 hour
