Confirm platform by half hour before train arrival. Reason is people need to walk, climb the bridge , walk to reach the other platforms. This is to be considerate gor handicapped zbd older people also. . And on the train side wall please add the car numbers in English consistently. App is good

The quality of the train is really good, but the seats are quite small. This is not only the case with this train; even the new trains being introduced nowadays have smaller seats. It would be great if this could be changed.Also, when couples book seats together, the seats are arranged alternately, which makes it difficult. For example, I am currently pregnant, so it would be more comfortable and safer for me to sit next to my husband rather than having a seat in between us. Having to sit separately is a little difficult for me.Other than this, I have no complaints about the train. Everything else is good. Thank you.

Everything related to train number 22627 and 22628 TPJ TVC,TVC TPJ SF EXPRESS is fine and superior.No food I ordered. Hence no comments on food

In reservation coaches we face very poor experience, the seats are very small only two persons can allowed to seat them but you provide three person to seat on reservation coaches, why we are reserving in train, we expect comfortable and good quality seats for a reserving person, that is reason why we choose trains otherwise we paid more to buses and move.. so kindly provide a separate seat for reservation person in reservation coaches. like LHB coaches, that's all, very poor experience.

poor seat arrangements made painful traveling for second class sitting reserved... sure for back pain.back seat must be larger at ease... except this it is a jet like bullet train
