the ticket didn't get confirmed and though I paid extra for confirmation and if not confirmed they said 3 times returns but I only got the amount I paid and tickets didn't confirm

very worst coach dl1 it not expected. I book the ticket before 2 week why ticket placed in dl1😡 and why u served passengers also travels in train and Pet also next time it not do it

There is a shortage of water in the train's bathroom and non-reserved passengers are boarding. This is causing chaos. The seats in the train are not comfortable. 3+3. 3+3 not comfortable

Please maintain the toilet neatly. Sometimes the flush is not working and a very bad smell is coming.
( some people are smoking in the bathroom, not using it properly, like not using flushing correctly)

never travelled in this train, just viewed from outside while came to pickup my sister who travelled from Bangalore to Chennai.
overall I like the train and the arrangement as I see from outside.
actually I would request the railway to have more such trains to cover nearby cities with upgrade speed so the travel time would be less.

travel with standard size luggage is not fitting into the overhead space and needs upgraded space height in double decker train. please refresh luggage compartment domain

most discomfortable seat arrangement.
Never allows a
"normal built human"
to have a comfortable journey for 6 or 7 hours. Poor leg room for humans with avg. height.

AC cooling wasent proper. No Attendent available. Food I gave 1 star as didn't eat.
had coffee which wasent made properly. Train time was punctual. Toilets were soiled, uncleaned

they supplied spoiled samosa. it would be food poison if we took it.. on complaint, incharge got it back and informed that was supplied on the way. Such a careless attitude on passengers health. kindly take against to contract and inspect often and check the food quality.

Four seats per row instead five seats will give little comfort especially for senior citizens. Moreover seats are not comfortable to travel six hours. This request should be taken
in to consideration.

TRAIN is good but was late by 30 mts. seat covers needs to be replaced. instead of seats facing one another it could have been in straight rows. if table is removed another row of 5 seats foul go nd would b convenient

Toilets are better. But still can improve
Train usually before time till Arakkonam . Thereafter it gets delayed and usually late when arriving at Central .
Pantry food requires lots improvement
