most discomfortable seat arrangement.
Never allows a
"normal built human"
to have a comfortable journey for 6 or 7 hours. Poor leg room for humans with avg. height.

AC cooling wasent proper. No Attendent available. Food I gave 1 star as didn't eat.
had coffee which wasent made properly. Train time was punctual. Toilets were soiled, uncleaned

worst journey no ac working in a coach of C1 C4 C6 C9 C10 no one responding and only 1 attandend technician for whole train.

they supplied spoiled samosa. it would be food poison if we took it.. on complaint, incharge got it back and informed that was supplied on the way. Such a careless attitude on passengers health. kindly take against to contract and inspect often and check the food quality.

Eve tiffen like dosai,poori,idly to be arranged.the seats are not moving to sleep comfortably.in a/c buses fare is 600.seats are good and can sleep comfortably.thanks.

Pantry guyz torcher like anything.even they come every 15minutes for tea etc...then whats the difference between normal train and double decker

Four seats per row instead five seats will give little comfort especially for senior citizens. Moreover seats are not comfortable to travel six hours. This request should be taken
in to consideration.

Rest rooms are un comfortable changing the dress very difficult. And it is very small in size. Inside wash basin is big size change to small.

TRAIN is good but was late by 30 mts. seat covers needs to be replaced. instead of seats facing one another it could have been in straight rows. if table is removed another row of 5 seats foul go nd would b convenient

Seats could be big in space. Its very small in space.Not valid for that money. 2 seated normal train is better than Chair car AC

Seats are uncomfortable. Each compartment should not have more than 100 seats. Has to be redesigned. Cooling is not effective.

Toilets are better. But still can improve
Train usually before time till Arakkonam . Thereafter it gets delayed and usually late when arriving at Central .
Pantry food requires lots improvement
