It was dirty, passengers were throwing their food packets, banana skin on the flood and was only one lady among the males, high risk and was very very disapointed with the seat allocation.

croud croud in reservation compartment it should be less when the train runs daily

when we booked we got reservation in S 12 n S 13
when we went to board the train the comparments were missing
the railway department should inform the passengers well.ahead of time to avoid trouble to passengers
I will file a missing diary of S 12 n S 13 in the police station

New coaches should be added immediately. There was no liquid shop in the toilets.

worst coach .Had only one European closet,with waste dumped, broken washbasin and flush was not working. Totally unhygienic coach and closet. After making complaint,coach cleaned.but closet remain dirty

No pantry car in the train for a such a long journey. Some sense must be there.

Train started on time but was delayed by an hour when I reached Berhampur. The a/c coach attendant was not available for cleaning or any issues which we could have told him otherwise. No pantry car in the train which is supposed to make a long journey. food provided by the unregistered caterer's is very poor quality. Garbage was lying just below the wash basin all through my journey. Very bad experience. Not recommended at all.

don't prefer this train with families... if u plan with family better prefer 2tier AC.. Sleeper worst maintenance

train is good, I am travelled in 3tier AC, maintained proper cleaning.better to not discuss about the food.

feel like living in a bihari slum ..too much of disturbances and illegal activities of ticket collector .getting some bribes and allowimg extra persons in reserved coach

Catering facility in this train is very bad. They charge much more than the fixed rate of IRCTC.
