The punctuality and adherence to timing needs improvement. This is a Super Fast train and delays like half hour to one hour is not acceptable as it loses credibility as a super fast train. Also the quality of travel on the train has to be improved such as keeping freshly laundered counter panes and blankets on 2 Tier AC class , ensure all light fittings in compartments are in working condition, ensure compartment dust bin is provided and regularly cleaned.

The train was late and was not updated at Krisnarajapuram station.Cleanliness very bad.The toilet was very dirty though it was 3AC.Can't even enter in few toilets
