Food experience was very horrible they charged 370/- but quantity was very low even it's suits for one personal also and smell

good experience but something make correction in allotment of seats procedures. senior Citizen getting upper births while younger gets lower. celphone charging points have to increase.

pathetic situation in sleeper coaches. excessive passengers, no place to stand on 30 hrs journey.
No pantry car. outside vendors' behavior is very rude.
no water in the bathroom.

icf is the worst coach...where railway is upgrading to lhb coach ...this train is equipped with old icf coach

very bad experience...side berth don't have any charger socket..train is too much dirty.. bathroom are not clean..2nd ac is not cooling.

Since the train was cancelled, no alternate train was arranged. We i.e., passengers have struggled with transportation.

Food quality very poor. but rate is very high. Running RPF to be required for each coach. Ticket checkers are not doing their job properly. due to this so many passengers are traveling in sleeper class without reservation ticket as well as so many passengers are traveling in General coach without ticket. So it may better if concern department look into this matter that legal passengers can travel with comfortable and peaceful journey.

Train coaches were worest condition. Old and scrap coaches were used. Horrible to travel these trains for long journey. Boardrooms were too worest.

Toilet was not clean.very bad smell in common area .compartment was not cleaned properly by OB staff.when lodge complaint on staff came and cleaned.
