very bad train, we have WL1,2 in 3AC (counter ticket) but the TTE is very bad they don't board us in the 3AC coach, they don't know how to behave with aged person, so we have to go to the SL class, no refund,TTE took fine form us but didn't get seat, very bad experience in my whole life

We are from vijayawada we are travelling from vijayawada to tiruvannamalai and train number is 22605.the problem is The North side people are occupying our reservation seats and they are not giving our seat to us and they are sitting as their wish we are wantedly booking the upper berths for senior citizens but they are not giving us the seats what we have booked.They are keeping their luggage and they are sitting as their wish.we are going with family we want family adjustable seats.The north side mens are talking very cruely and rudely with ladies in our family please arrange this sir.Not this year we are going every year to tiruvannamalai every year this was only happening .

No pantry No food offer on 2nd AC coach. train has old pathetic coaches. Train speed is not upto the mark for make up of late time.

Service is bad only punctuality is good. They don't provide liquid soap.
