The train is full of un reserved passengers.Even getting out from train it is difficult. The toilet entrances and doors of most of the reserved compartments are blocked. Horrible experience with old racks too.

Train is not neat and clean. Pantry car is not available. Last but not least it's too late. No punctual timings. Even East coast express is running on time.

In 2 tier ac not working properly. Only one charging socket for eight persons. Every one hour we ask ac mechanic to on ac. Horrible.
