if there was any 0 star rating then I was choose that th train isn't on time when it came to basti it's delay around 1.30hrs one of the worst train I ever visited in my life recommend not to choose this shit Thank you

There was no cleanliness in the train and our ticket was also occupied by someone else. When we spoke to them, we had an argument and no help was provided by the railways. my opinion I hope the railways should improve this so that everyone does not have to face this problem because of one person

Railway always mention in the statement that we have done this we have done that but that's on paper still passenger travelling with general ticket and the person who booked ticket 2 month before still struggling for washroom etc.

very poor experience. refund and 2x promise are just like a bullshit.... they are making fool us to spent a lot of money and as refund they hope I will uninstall this app and never use again this app. less then zero ratings.....

There was a lot of crowd, even the ticket collectors were not sitting on their seats, so many people were boarding the train without tickets, the railway rules are very bad. The quality of food is also very poor. And water bottles are being sold for Rs. 20/25.

the pantry of this train was not well maintained. so I didn't tasted the food not sure how it will be. the train had the unpleasant smile in the coaches and that was not because of rain or passenger.

Train in very bad condition ,no hygiene,toilet seem to be not cleaned since long time .worst train to travel in .Even people with waiting and local ticket are travelling in sleeper and a/c compartment.

There is no attention to cleanliness, the management team is not working properly, there is no water in the bathroom, there is no relief, even after complaining several times there is no hearing, the number of people traveling without ticket in second AC increases, due to this there is a lot of trouble in boarding the passengers

People do not even let me enter the sleeping compartment. My train had arrived and even then people did not open the door. Despite having a Trian ticket, I had to travel on a wet seat. very bad experience in my life

train quality is not good always so late ..punctuality is so bad..don't travel from this train. food quality is also so bad..I advise don't buy any eating item from canteen..so bakwas food quality..1star bhi dene layak nhi hai

sabse gatiya train hai na to bathroom me Pani hai nato bathroom me Jane ko hame bahut pareshani huhi bathroom me or bathroom Sara space pack Kiya tha 139 pe muze 3 bar shikayat karni padi reservation confirmation hone ke baad bhi hame apni Barth pe log baith rahe Thai isse ghatiya safar ham ne life me nahi Kiya tha ab kabhi is train se kabhi safar nahi karege isko star Dene ko bhi saram lag rahi hai

very bad experience no one turned up for cleaning for whole journey after repeatative request.this is was the experience of 1 class coach ...than what will be the scenario of 2 and 3 tier ac...very very bad experience even washrooms were dirty,dust bin was not cleaned up in 36hrs journey
