Very bad train no cleanliness and as the train is coming from bihar the people sitting inside doesn't have any manner and i saw that 4 persons are going on the ticket of 2 people and when tt came they hide somewhere.

it's always late. my parents are too old and I could not get lower berth for both of them. also they could avail the single lower berth facility which was alotted to them because a young man was sleeping there and they could not dare to speak him up. overall it was a complete disaster for them. it was the staff duty to make old people comfortable while they travel.
