Verry Bad Experience In This Train Traveling, Bathroom Ar Not Available Water , Not Clinging Bathroom., Or Sum General Ticket Peopl Travaling Without Reservation Compartment, Or Tain Frood Price is Very High Example Product Price is 40 But Collect 50 ruppes .. or miss Behaved, 1ltr water price 14 but charges all passengers 20 rupees

19/04/2026 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent train journey. I faced serious issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathrooms in the B1 coach. There was no water available in the toilets, and most of them were completely blocked. Although the cleaning team attended at Vijayawada station and attempted to clean them, the blockage problem was not fully resolved, and the toilets remained unusable. This caused significant inconvenience and discomfort during the journey. Additionally, the train was delayed by more than 3 hours. As per railway rules, compensation or refund should be provided in such cases. However, I have not received any refund for the delay. I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action. plz ensure coach cleaning toilet ,maintence . Thank you for your attention to this issue.

VERY DIRTY, SLOW AND UNCOMFORTABLE TRAIN. I have been travelling by train for 19 years, I travel 2 times a year, from Maldah to Kanyakumari, my first choice is Howrah Express 12666. This is my first journey Vivek Express 22504. A very bad feeling, I was in B2 coach, very dirty, full of a bad smell. There is no water in the washroom. Some washrooms have been closed because there is no water in them. There is a sound when the cabin door is closed, which is very disturbing to sleep. The price of food is higher than other trains. The train is running late by 3 to 4 hours.

The train quality is in very poor. Punctuality is very poor due to the train always in soo delayed condition. Hygiene condition is very low quality,staff will not doing anything for train coach,it is need to replace staff.also bearth condition is soo dicasting ,food quality also not so good,quality of bed roll not good conditon,spl pillows are very poor,its reqd sponch type.

Worst experience ever in life. Train was delayed by 3hours and safety issues are concerned . Better to travel with someone and Toilet facilities are very very vulnerable and Quality of service is zero. People are travelling without train ticket and TTR is not concerned about it. Overall worst experience ever...

The condition of the sleeper classes are very very critical. The 80 berth capacity coaches are filled minimum 250 to 300 passengers by our respective TTE's. They collected money upto 1000 from the innocent general ticket passengers for upgrade their tickets from general class to sleeper class and pushed them to sleeper class. Such passengers occupied the seats without any confirmation. So the confirm ticket passengers are facing very very hardship even couldn't move for wash rooms. India claims occupied the moon and the fourth world economy. But the poor passengers condition is in 1947. Very very sorry to say this but it is genuine to told for the Indian railway.

Not at all satisfied. The train was late 1A coach had people coming from general and sleeper coaches and these people kept sitting on your seat and people kept moving all night comprising the safety and security if all. Wash rooms were clogged,support handles broken, poop coming out of toilet pots. Very dirty train

actually does not deserve a single star, Every time I travel in sleeper class, I face the same frustrating experience. A large number of unreserved and waiting list passengers board the coach and occupy the aisles, sitting on the floor and completely blocking access to the washrooms. This makes it extremely difficult for reserved passengers to move around, especially during long journeys. The washrooms are often misused and end up getting clogged, making them practically unusable. To make matters worse, the food available on board is consistently poor in taste and quality, yet it's sold at overpriced rates. It’s disappointing that these issues continue to persist without any proper resolution.

Subject: Complaint: Wrongful Absence Marking and Unfair Ticket Charge Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on my recent train journey. On 28,02,2025 I boarded the train from Furkating Junction at 12:35 AM and occupied my seat. However, while I was asleep, TTE Prataap Ghosh wrongly marked me absent at Diphu without checking my ticket. In the morning, another TTE forced me to buy a new ticket despite already having one, causing me financial loss and distress. Passenger Details: Kishore Kumar Verma Roshni Verma One-year-old child PNR: 6922987918 Seats: B5-54, 56 I request: 1. A refund of the extra fare paid. 2. Action against TTE Prataap Ghosh. I'm extremely disappointed with the train No- V22504 Vivek Express train service. Despite being an "Express" train, it moved slowly and the toilets were unclean with no water supply. The overall experience was unpleasant and fell short of expectations. I hope the authorities take immediate action to improve the service.

Jo bhi yeh review dekh raha hai koi travel mat karna itna Ganda service maine aaj tak kisi bhi train me nahi itna gande tarah se service karte hain na irctc wale puche mat bohot zyada hi kharab language se bolte or washroom ka to kiya hi batau 24 hour me ek bar bhi pani nahi aaya chhe meri tarah aap log na fas jaye isliye itna achhe tarah se keh raha hoon meri galti aap log na doharaye dhanyabad jai sri ram πŸ™πŸ™

Opted for sleeper class (non ac). The coaches were clean but as the train starts moving, the smell of the toilet becomes an issue. Railway police visits the coaches in almost every 45 minutes, that's a good thing. So 5 star for security. The lights and fans were working properly. Train left the station on time but we arrived at the destination 40 minutes late. To whoever is reading this, please don't consider ordering food from the trains kitchen. You regret doing that. We ordered "Double Chicken Biriyani" @rs120/- per plate. It was plain rice and chicken curry with no salts at all. Utterly disappointed. Please improve your food.
