Indian railway charged higher fares in Hamsafar exp but there is no extra facility than another 3AC train. The coaches are old, curtains are soiled. No proper bed roll was provided. Broken windshield. There are so many areas for updates.

it is wonderful that one more hamsafar train terminating at next station from KJM was relieved at same time 11.08 am and almost all passengers boarded in that train...no announcement made to caution I am going to loadge complaint..

Punctualality.... This is indian rail... 1hr.late at Ahmedabad station and as well banaswadi station also cleanness OK no water in toilets at banaswadi station after all good compare to other train
