The staff is too irresponsible. they didn't take water at Ahmedabad, now the train don't have water in toilets

toilet were well cleaned . No shortage of water in wash room. coach were cleaned every 10 hrs. fastest train reached us on time.

very Bad experience because when we reached at station at there display shows the train will come on platform number 3 so we are waiting our train at platform number three but at the last moment change there platform from 3 to 7 but there is no announcement and thats why we missed the train and our jouney is cancell horribaly we have file TDR for these we have not experience the train service

This train is like a local train. In this train, B 4 seat number 64 has been stolen.I put together the photo of the one whose wallet was stolen.

i have rather choose (minus 5 star)..I got 4 hrs late..to my destination..and missed my function..even AC was not working properly...worst experiencence ever

I am Rajendra T Juvariwala Retired Chief Manager Auditor from State Bank of India Baroda. We were travelling on 22/02/2022 by this train in the coach number B/9- 9 & 12 seat number. As we are senior citizens & many more were senior citizens in our coach, Western Toilet were totally closed & even after complaining to attendent, it was not attended after reaching to our final destination Pune at 18:10 pm. This is the very serious complaint to be look by the Railway Mangement to improve their image as I am a regular traveller of Indian Railway atleast on Western Railway. Train arrived to davanagere station with 45 min late ,reached banaswadi bangalore by 1hour.10 minutes late .All toilets are very dirty,bad smell,no soap available ,AC in B14 coach was not working they have set it right after informing only ,TT has not come to check .Lot of mosquito at Davanagere station,lot of fans available but no body available to check or to switch on at platform,very dusty,beggers are on platform sleeping /walking etc .No proper update available reg train schedule in Confirmtkt App,which is showing train left at Haveri stn but train is just reached Davangere station at the same time .This APP is totally wrong except for booking.

both side trian late Pune to hanumangarh (22nd Dec.) & hanumangarh to Pune(1st Jan). any liquied soap not available in toilet, no cleaning done in 27 hrs. journey. overall rating Poor

At that time of travel I found restroom are not cleaned from departure until my destination and lot of cockroaches at the seat I have no person to complaint at my compartment.so I send a mail regarding this to IRCTC on that time

When boarded the train at Jodhpur, it was late by 2 hours. It got delayed by 3 hours in total reaching Vasai Road.
