i started from ludhiana alone. in train one tcr i dont know the name in C3, one sardar ji tcr was there. i was having one small suitcase nd one medidum size bagpack. one other lady passanger was there. helping her he took my bag nd kept on side but there were lots of gents who was keeping their bag 2-3 pee person he didnt ask them to keep near seat but i was travlling alone nd to me being lady he forced to keep bag near seat nd nxt to me was also lady who was keeping her bag near seat. he dont want to argue or say to gents passanger he force me to keep my bag near me or in ladt seat. in vande bharat also tcr behaivg like this then how can a female safe in travlling. i request to concern take action. nd chppaties were old both the chpaties were sticked with each other. nd attandant was having food opned one plate food first after that they give others. really such a pathatic experice it was. nd travlling alone lady not safe with such kind off tcr

food quality was very poor all item which was served in lunch was cold ..❌️❌️

The quality of food was very sub standard. Meals served were cold & preparation of items also sub standard

best journey experience. 30 mins delay but was ok. washroom need more effort to clean and keep hygenic.

my coach was C7 and the staff was sitting just near the gate and gate was open , so all the staff was talking loudly and playing songs on their mobile. overall staff was not fully mannered.

first time and very bad experience, because of very slow speed, instead of vande Bharat, shan-e-punjab take less time, 6:30 hour and vande Bharat takes 7 hour on same route.... heart broken experience
