my coach was C7 and the staff was sitting just near the gate and gate was open , so all the staff was talking loudly and playing songs on their mobile. overall staff was not fully mannered.

first time and very bad experience, because of very slow speed, instead of vande Bharat, shan-e-punjab take less time, 6:30 hour and vande Bharat takes 7 hour on same route.... heart broken experience
