Expereince was best because of private staff of IRCTC,if it was govt employee then i would be definately sitting on floor and travel.

last three days train was deport from mctm so late due to this we can't catch next train so fancial loss of money n can't we refund we can't catch this train so why I know train quality n food quality.

poor service, distribution not get even water till ambala. No tea served. we had opted for meals and paid extra due to no reason.
coolie also was a fraud and simply dumped the bags on the stairs and ran away. attendants did not help with the luggage as well. considering we were only three people with three bags, one bag per head was not easy to handle

My Journey Experience of Vande Bharat Train from Tawi, Jammu to Delhi. Unfortunately, the train ran late by two hours, taking around more than nine hours to reach its destination, whereas the scheduled time was 6 hours and 48 minutes.
Regarding the food, while the snacks and ice cream served on board were satisfactory, the main dinner was disappointing in terms of taste. Moreover, the food was served cold, rather than hot.
However, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They were very cooperative, humble, and attentive to our needs throughout the journey.

as the compartment is very big , it becomes too noisy , even the sound of a whisper will be heard. Food as specified is served but no extra items on demand or tea/ coffee on demand is provided unlike Rajdhani

Food and seating very bad quality or train not on time. I'm not using ever in my life this Vande Bharat train rather then prefer luxury bus Volvo or other train for long journey.

visited vaishno devi recently and booked my train with this app and the process for location and tracking is upto date. its an amazing experience with Vande bharat and Duranto express.
