1. The general cleanliness in the train was maintained, however the gangway area needs little improvement as it's used by pantry staff and some effort required by passengers too. The liquid soap was very diluted.
2. The train started approximately 40 minutes late from the origin station with no facilities at Platform No 3 to wait. I was travelling with my mother (Age 65) and she had no place to sit, not acceptable.
3. The food was good, only paneer was not okay. The gravy had likely been prepared and raw paneer was added to it in the end.

Late arrival of trains has now become normal and Vande Bharat between Delhi Jammu is not an exception. This results in huge inconvenience and trauma to the passengers.
The train quality is not upto the mark either.
Washrooms are seldom neat and clean. Even two doors adjacent to C2 were found locked due to some mechanical glitch.
The food served is of average quality and the quality needs to be improved.

The food was of Very Low quality and quantity of food was also not sufficient to fulfill the hunger of a person. Chapati was very small in size, Daal and Sabji was half in quantity.

Improve WL Trends Also
Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

travelling time is correct but nearby Ludhiana train is going slow it shoud be in time around 8 45 is timming for kathua it shoud be near around 8.50

Vande Bharat exp stop five minutes at Dandari station in Ludhiana.I told TTE open the door train food supply staff told to give money after that I open door but TTE listen .

i very honestly saying everything was excellent. it was my first time travelled in vande bharat exp. staff also very good but one of the staff was very rude. just we ask hot water more than 4 times. but the man respond was if you asking again and again i will not provide the water he saying . we were requesting like a anying but he not turned. That moment i was not well and full fever. that,s y i requested my husband to ask. however we reached our destination. plz take our suggestion and educated the staffs.

deliver hot water in very hoty seasoon and deliver water without sealed bottle you ca sea in picture juice is also very hot any miss hapening who is responsible open train door only before 10 minutes departure time

Food quality needs to improve. In evening time only kachori was offered as a meal. They offered bhujia but its not a evening snack meal. They should also give some other item as a meal. Tray table wasn't clean enough.
