the worst train experience with very poor coach, no cleanliness since the starting station, callous staff, no effort to clean by any one enroute even after complaints, late by over 17 hours. Worst ever! please take sone action to improve the trains for the states of Bihar & Jharkhand.

Such a late running train. Got 3 hrs late without any big issue. for anvt to cnb, fir 250 km it ran 2 hrs late. pathetic experience
