I recently travelled on Baidyanath Dham Humsafar Express and my experience was quite disappointing. The washrooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained throughout the journey. The biggest issue was with the bedrolls provided in AC coach — they were very dusty and unhygienic. Even after requesting replacements multiple times, the new packets also contained dusty blankets and linens. I had to change around 3–4 packets, yet the problem still remained. Basic cleanliness and hygiene standards were seriously lacking. Indian Railways should improve the maintenance and quality checks of bedrolls and washrooms for passenger comfort...

water supply not in toilet of M1, a report has been made on given mob no train even report to cleaning staff but not rectify till the destination.

Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

waste of money on the name of humsafar...no pantry service at all, no proper attendent...trains run on upar wale bharose..
