Train Review
Extremely disappointing experience! The train was supposed to reach Prayagraj at 6 AM, but it is already 9 AM and we still haven’t reached. A delay of almost 3 hours is completely unacceptable and has caused a lot of inconvenience to passengers. Very poor time management and a terrible travel experience. Highly disappointed and definitely not recommended.

for Food quality, every Indian is much aware how they get in train , so can't comment on it

I have complain last 2hours AC cooling regarding but coach staff his get not solve problems and say just take some time. so as a my experience for only this train every time same problem present this train you will check my I'd number last 1.5 years continue how many travel this train but I first time complain so I request you pls don't forget to customers complain & problem.

all good but mobile charger point not working flatuate and your side cut power many times in charger point.

Sangam express is very good very very happy main jab bhi Gaya hun mujhe is train se bahut Anand aata hai aur yah train mere liye bahut behtar hai thankyou railway thank u

train quality is good wash room cleaning coach interior also good all service is also done I don't use the food of the train.

This is a real five star train for the price you pay for a 3AC berth. Clean washrooms and coaches, screen displaying current status of the train and most importantly the train is always on time.
