earlier humsafar train used to be punctual but now it has become just like other ordinary trains. Most important there were tiny cockroaches coming out from spaces left the corners.

This train is bad because as per mention online train will report on time but it was so late 4:30 hr. Humsafar ap the be safar next time I will not go in this train

I cancelled this ticket only bcoz IRCTC is so worst that it can't provide a lower berth to senior citizen and a lady with less than 1year baby. Even within just 5 minutes of booking ticket i cancelled and was charged 600 for nothing. Worst ticket system. Poor IRCTC rules & regulations.

Dear IRCTC Team,
My journy was superb, but bedding was too dirty while i have changed it and it was unpacked. Please look into the matter because we pay all the money with taxes and want good service and clean bedding.

The train coaches were Clean including the washrooms this time. The staff was cordial and attentive
