seats should be adjustable not stiff.It could be made it declined or semi sleeping type for extra relaxation.
For more than 3-4 hours journey,will not recommend anyone especially above 50 years

very badly maintained toilets,stinking broken latches, stinking, reverse flow of water in faucets, IN C4,C5.Dinner was absolutely non palatable. Other copassenger were of same views

I an frequent traveller of Vande Bharat. My experience this time in terms of food Quality was bad. Quality of Dinner served was not up to the marks. Paratha was hard and Daal was not tasty..

Mobile Phone , Laptop charging facilities i.e. scocket for electric supply are not in the train.
Since the seats are not pushback having no movement. The socket/plug facilities can be provided/fixed in front of each passanger seat.

Cleanliness is very much required toilets are look like ordinary trains toilets
Staffs are quite punctual

Train was late by 50 Mins which is not expected to this most premium train of India in term of Punctuality and timing. Further catering needs a lot of improvement to feel like premium (even quantity is also quite less for an average person, you may choose for extra food on demand), even I have traveled from Gatiman Express which has much better catering service and time as well. Overall experience was not as expected, hope to get better service in next time.

AC was really bad. Kept tripping throughout journey. Announcement for AC complaints were a routine announcement from other coaches as well on speaker. Seats are not comfortable. No push back comfort after spending Rs.1700. Shatabdi and Gatiman seats are far more comfortable.

Very worst performance by maintenance department, AC was not working and no body attained the problem, we we're suffered whole journey from BSB to NDLS in suffocating environment of C12 on 02-06-2019... they repair when train was near to Delhi....

I have give 5 out of 4 for punctuality because of late departure timing but I'm more than 100% satisfied with arrival timing. this train is now my one of the best train I have ever used
