This train is excellent. It was on time, but lunch wasn't served right on this train. The train's schedule is quite sluggish. As it's given enough time to arrive on time even if it's late.

food was pathetic. in breakfast we got one aaloo paratha which was not not cooked properly. veg roll was worst ever I ate. shatabdi is much better in terms of food quality and taste. cushioning of seats are also not good in chair car. may be executive class have better seats.

Improve WL Trends Also
Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

train was already 3 hours late when it arrived at the pick up station & at when it reached the destination, it was over 6 hours late. Poor experience overall

I have complaint for food through email but there is no reply. on that day pantry car charged me ₹150 for food and they did not provide the bill in spite of repeated reminders. Food quality was not satisfactory. If possible please ilaaj my complaint.

More cousioned sheets required. Armrests must be cousioned.
Foot rest must also be lockable on top and middle positions.

जब ट्रेन प्लेटफार्म पर आई तब भी बाथरुम बहुत ज्यादा गंदे थे जब दिल्ली से ट्रेन बनकर चल रही है तो उसके बाथरूम पर एटलिस्ट साफ होने चाहिए
