very bad experience in Mahamana as I traveled in this train first time.
Very old train coaches with water leakage even water came in train coach, toilet condition was so bad.
This type of tain coaches must be banned. After paying full money, we are receiving such very bad experience.
After now, I will never travell in this train.

Food quality is not good.... One wash room doesn't have liquid soap... No wash basin is there outside the toilet.... Overall it is not worthy as compared to other premium train...... Also no snacks available only dinner at 9 and it is very Very poor cooking

Indian Railways doesn't have sense of punctuality. This is one route where I have ever experienced a train journey finishing in time. Today this train got delayed by 1.5 hrs. unncessarily only on the outer of Varanasi Railway Station however total delay was almost 3 hrs. For what reason trains on the outer of Varanasi Railway station gets delayed that Railway authorities need to check seriously. Our time precious and so is of all fellow passengers. Very unprofessional working system of Indian Railways. If I have traveled by train to Varanasi from any other station 9 out of 19 train gets delayed. That is a shame for Indian Railways.

food distributer are so lazy .I order food at 9.00pm but I could not found my order they will not came back.
I wait 12.00am.but they not came.now I am very hungry.when train will reached at bsb then first I take food.
