Still lot of changes required to be done to meet standards.
1. Maintenance of coaches very poor, railway management to take seriously. Otherwise with no time these trains will be scraped.
2. People traveling and drinking shouting, coach railway police not taking action.
3. Pentry staff is them self spreading rubbish in the coahes.
4. There's no where strictly monitoring found.

Everything was absolutely perfect except the hand rest provided in the trains is very hard and you cant rest your hand on that for more than one hours and my journey was for 8 hours .
Request please do the needful changes and fix some foam or something comfortable

Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not

I am traveling for the first time in Vande Bharat train, I liked it very much from Varanasi Junction to Prayagraj Junction, the train reached on time, it was very clean and I liked it a lot, I was impressed with all the services

Being positioned this train is very high speed and best quality trying by India govt.
it seems highly unpunctual, worst category train.
name of train vande bharat does not suit on it.

Although a lot of seats were vacant in different couches of the train but IRCTC allotted seat in the couch C- 18 tagged to engine which was having rush. Train was also late by 35 minutes. It was a bad experience. Needs improvement.

I had a Very bad experience as the train was late by 6 hours from Delhi which was the Starting point and when I opted for Cancellation it was said that once chart is made the ticket cannot be cancelled.

i had ever face this type of train journey very bad situation......AC not working last night we were faced problem in this AP EXPRESS(22416) and no light on all coaches and cleaning bathrooms zero percent and pantry food its type of road side thela waala

On A2 and A1 compartments ac was not much effective.
Bath rooms towards seat no 1 were hell since morning till late after noon.
Attendants were in shabby/ sleeping state of affairs. were without UNIFORM and name badge.
no body cleaned the compartment till bhopal.
Prabhji please do something.
Water bottle provided / purchased in the train in the morning was quite hot.
It was informed by the pantry in charge that cold water will be available after Agra.

no min.amenities in this 1st ac,rats passing,Dutty smell in the toilets.no water supply to wash basins,boil less rice and roties supply in food,no salt supply,no butter milk and drinking water with food supply,no power supply for mobile phones charging,no full lighting in my cabins

the quality of food is very poor .. don't know how the irctc officials approved the concern contract person for lantry services ...overall rating of food quality is very very very poor ..& they are charging more than than the actual prices of FMCG products ...

over all The train quality is better ..and it is maintained very neatly ...Except the coach heads ..they are very refused to give the blankets and pillows ..they are very slow in their process
