I had a bad experience with Staff in the train, all were Drinking Alcohol at night in the train, they were rude to us like I had to tell the work many times and one time they do.
important One staff, he literally came to me and asked me that r u drinking Alcohol I have it, I said no and ignored him, I was quite because thertwas not much passengers in train and I was with Family, so didn't take any action
But I saw at night All bottles were kept in bedsheet/cloth compartment, they all were drinking Alcohol/Daroo

but Booking App people exhorting money too much from passenger. and Rail thr. agent not showing actual vacant seats. and juat half an before u r showing ३tier AC vacant seats १६६. So this is wrong and illegal act of an agent app.

too dirty, ac is not working for long time.. staff is not sufficient, there is one western toilet in between 3 boggies .. and major washrooms are water leakage and too much dirty .. didn't expected such in rajdhani train.

Washroom was not maintained well we keep on complaining to the coach attendant

The train was delayed by 1.5 hours. The train doors were closed from the inside, so we boarded through another coach. The corridor was not properly illuminated, and some seat number boards were not glowing. Overall experience is very poor considering Rajdhani train status.

Started from Nizamuddin on time and Reached on time. The food might not be great but eatable. Thanks to Confirm ticket for giving me an alternative to buy confirm tickets.

They did not serve dinner as I boarded the train at vasai. I had opted for non veg dinner still they refused. This was not acceptable as I had paid got it. Tea was served with 2 marie biscuits only. Really shocking. Toilets were absolutely dirty and unhygienic. I will never opt to travel again by this train.

The hygiene and cleanliness of the train was not good. The washroom was not cleaned properly and smelling. during my journey the coach was cleaned once.

cleaning issue train toilets are dirty and ticket coach allocation I have two tickets and both are in diffrent coach me and my wife.. travel in diffrent coach..please railway management kindly notice this issue..in long journey

The food served in the train is so bad, the government should look into it.Bo food can be eaten by animals, not humans, I have not even touched the food.

Meal only daal rice with 2 types potato vegetables no green vegetables.
When all over non veg foods banned. Train staff cooking and serving non veg also prepared in same kitchen.

this train has the old pattern bogies with no charging point at the side lower seat, the berth is not comfortable to sit/sleep, WC condition is more pathetic specially the western style lavatories. corroded seats with no water pressure.
