the interior of the train are very shabby and dirty the train coach D3 was of the old coach it must be renovated black diamond express is one of the oldest train and it must be maintained

food is being sold at very higher rate and quality is also bad. they don't give bills to passengers. Railway meals as rule/menu are not supplied/sold by pvt. company. kindly look into the matter

most third class train.. local unreserved public gathering in reservation coach. there is no TTE or no RPF. every day train is running minimum 30mins late.. wrost seat arrengement.
