The cooked food is average tasting although I believe it to be hygienic. The water bottles they gave were being mishandled by the vendors as I witnessed them dropping some of the bottles on the platform floor and even few fell on the tracks and the same bottles were boarded onto the train and given to passengers without cleaning them. The packaged snack items were of unknown brands and tasted quite bad.

Food price rate is 220 but the quantity and quality both are compromised.. very dissatisfaction

By govt this train is running it's great other then express's and all technical and non technical staff is supportive by this journey from BHAGALPUR to HOWARAH is very great ful for me.🎉😁😁
