They served one of the worst foods that I have had on the train. The services were prompt and the cleaning staff was attentive. But the food tasted the worst. I hope they will look into the taste.

food was not up the mark as per vande Bharat brand name . it's was as normal as in some.experess or.mail trian . kindly look for the quality check..rest other services were good .

The push back bottom of all is not operating. Leg rest is not functioning. Not washing properly. Lack of Maintenance thoroughly. Food quality is improving, but not upto the mark.

washrooms very dirty and stinking.although requested many times the railway staff did not clean the wash rooms.unpleasent experience

It was a worse experienced on 17.10.23 it was a replaced train. and the train rake was oldest and unusable. it was a horrible experience can't explain until you were not there. Indian Railway TT came and gave a money refund note to all. and food quality was worst as usual. as per my regular experience with Vandebharat need to change food vendor and require surprise checking of food quality and toilet. as per fare of Vandebharat it should be proper and hygienic. and for your information food vendor asking tips to everyone after service. you all people aware everything again you making fool people that you don't know nothing because you people so innocent. best regards. I don't understand why it happened with us... Everything was good journey was better but food was not provided to us... TC said in our ticket food was not included when we asked y is it so? They said may be did not chosen the food option.. but I myself booked ticket from this app no such option was shown.. lastly we had to pay for the food and that too was too costly 250 per plate for dinner and 70 for snacks... Disappointed at this point.. If this happened just bcoz we booked online then never gonna book via this app again...

Service quality is not premium,seats are not at all comfortable,dont know why it is so hard.The housekeeping staffs are not trained at all,randomly hired,food quality is okay types.

Food quality not at all upto the standard, even below standard of that of Rajdhani and Shatabdi Express trains. Total mismanagement of catering service suggests non availability of appropriate infrastructure. On the second day of its running, extra charge of Rs. 50/- being charged by the attending staff. This is not regular in absence of public notice.
