Food quality is degrading sharply. My 3rd HWH Njp travel in this September itself Pathetic food served. Chicken was with skin on and chewy pieces. Didn't look good enough to eat. The Amul Butterscotch ice cream was spoilt too.

but the staff behaviour was very good, totally recommended. but the worst food ever.

Can we not improve the food quality provided in trains? Especially since you're charging a good amount for the same. Cleanliness can be improved.

it seems that in the original pack of Amul ice cream duplicate material was packed and butter was not served during breakfast.

plz change all Coach asap for Kanchan Kanya ..and train house keeper staff are asking money to give them several time ..it's very much uneasy for any one .they are forcing to give some money to them before left train..what is this ..

Reached NJP before time,train quality is very good,Seat of the CC coach little bit hard,very clean coach and washroom, food quality is good

The overall experience was good. The train was clean but the washrooms were very dirty. food was warm and tasty.
